Ricette avanzate

B. Braun relied on Dilemmi once again to design and illustrate an exclusive publication titled ‘Ricette Avanzate’. The work features simple recipes for reinterpreting ingredients and leftover dishes in the kitchen for a more sustainable lifestyle: a true cookbook written by Giorgio Donegani and produced with B. Braun’s contribution.

Our customer asked us to personalize this publication and make it unique. We embraced the request and chose to shape a fully customized design which dedicates an illustration for each recipe. From the concept to the final product, sketch after sketch, ingredient after ingredient, we created 127 original plates.

The project concluded with graphic design and layout publication. Illustrations, procedures, and processing tips were perfectly balanced and proportioned to complement the content. Enjoy!
